#2: SCIENCE PROVED “ORGANIC EVOLUTION” TO BE SCIENTIFICALLY IMPOSSIBLE OVER 150 YEARS AGO.
Once upon a time people thought maggots magically—er, “spontaneously”—arose from raw meat: the living from the nonliving.
That’s right, some men noticed that when you leave raw meat out in the elements, it will eventually be infested with maggots. Upon this observation, a hypothesis was developed. It was known as “spontaneous generation,” which stated that the living matter (i.e., the maggots) were arising, or spontaneously generating, directly from the dead matter (i.e., the meat). However, in 1862, French chemist/bacteriologist Louis Pasteur scientifically debunked the hypothesis of “spontaneous generation,” with various scientific experiments. To name one, Pasteur simply put two hunks of raw meat out in the elements: one he left out in the open, the other he left submerged under water. After the proper time interval, the meat out in the open had maggots, while the one under water did not. While Pasteur’s initial tests did not discover the actual source of the maggots, they were sufficient to determine one thing for certain: the living punks did not arise from the dead chunks—spontaneous generation was not occurring. In other words, Pasteur simply confirmed—via objective, critical, unbiased, controlled experimentation (i.e., true science)—what man has already known for ages.
The scientific law of biogenesis states that life comes only from (1) life; (2) after its own kind. Organic evolution, however, states that life originally came from nonliving matter. Therefore, scientists teach as scientific fact, something that science has proven to be scientifically impossible. In the same sentence, your kids’ science textbook—or science teacher—will tell them that spontaneous generation cannot occur—but that life originated via spontaneous generation! Even a cursory examination of Genesis 1 is sufficient testimony that the Biblical account of the origin of life agrees with science more than the “scientific” account!
This is where we are today in this glorious, ivory tower-encircled; white lab coat-enraptured; test tube-entranced; professor-enchanted; subjectivism-enveloped; atheism-engulfed; college degree-enshrined; self-enthroned; 21st century western society:
- A society so enamored with “thinking outside the box,” that it encourages and applauds doing so even when the truth is known to be inside the box.
- A society that degrades and mocks ancient, “pre-enlightenment” peoples who ignorantly bowed down to thunder and lightning, while it, itself, bows down to comets and “black holes.”
- A society in which there is no such thing as absolute truth, except for the absolute truth that there is no absolute truth.
- A society that scoffs at those who believe in God, for Whom there is infinite—including scientific—evidence, while it believes in space-aliens (!), for which there is not a shred of evidence, and against which there is a plethora (“…thy much learning is turning thee mad” [Acts 26:24]).
Welcome, traveler, to the new Wild West: where subjective fantasy trumps objective reality; where lobotomies are replaced with Ph.Ds; where “science” is not a quest for truth, but a cover-word for the gestapo-esque movement to convince mankind that there is no God. Welcome, pilgrim, to the Fabulous Neo-West: Where, when “the proof is in the pudding,” we eat the pudding.
Here in the real world—the world of science—the law of biogenesis singlehandedly proves, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that Darwinian, organic evolution is absolutely, scientifically impossible: it did not happen, because it cannot happen—period. There is no escape from this insurmountable truth. It is over. Indeed, “The fool hath said in his heart, ‘There is no God‘” (Psalm 14:1).
Heed the piercing words of the apostle Paul, and marvel at how applicable they are to 21st century western, “post-enlightenment” (really?) society:
